This item gurantees access to a private cabin at every Bloodroot Requiem event; you still must purchase a ticket for each event.
 
Unlike last year's fundraiser, a Guild Hall must be purchased and "owned" by one individual. This individual must approve each other player who stays in the Guild Hall with staff before check in.
