Preorder Policy

Thank you for preordering with us! Preorders are a great way to reserve limited or high-demand products ahead of release. Please review our preorder terms below to ensure a smooth experience.


Placing a Preorder

  • Preorders secure your item ahead of its official release date.

  • Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed.

  • Preorders may include individual items, bundles, or exclusive product lines.


Preorder Guarantee

We’re committed to offering you the best possible value. If our price for a preorder product decreases by 15% or more before its official release date, we’ll issue you store credit for the difference.

  • This applies only to the same product and variant you preordered.

  • Credit will be issued automatically within 7 business days of the price change.

  • The credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.


Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Preorders are packed and shipped within 48–72 hours of product arrival.

  • For in-store pickup, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to collect your order.

  • For shipped orders, tracking information will be emailed once the package is dispatched.


Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Preorder Items)

  • Orders that include both in-stock and preorder items will ship when all items are available.

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order for those items.


Cancellations & Restocking Fees

  • Preorders may be cancelled by request up to 7 days before the product’s official release date.

  • Cancelled preorders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

  • Preorders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of release unless approved on a case-by-case basis.


Delays & Availability

  • Release dates are determined by the manufacturer or distributor and may change. We will notify you promptly if we are informed of any delays.

  • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to supply issues, a full refund will be issued.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Preorder sales are final once fulfilled and picked up or shipped, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

  • Requests for exchanges or returns must comply with our general return policy.
