Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist is the face of The Gamers XP. This role focuses on delivering excellent service, clear communication, and positive interactions at every touchpoint - from checkout to event management.

Events and Media

This department runs our in-store events, social media, website, and marketing content — from running a Magic prerelease to shooting a TikTok to updating our Wix event pages.

Custodian and Maintenance

The Custodian helps keep The Gamers XP clean, safe, and welcoming. This role is essential to the day-to-day operation of the store and directly impacts customer comfort and staff efficiency.

Shipping and Logistics

The Shipping & Logistics Specialist is a detail-focused role responsible for the accurate movement of products into, through, and out of Gamers XP.

Custodian and Maintenance

The Custodian helps keep The Gamers XP clean, safe, and welcoming. This role is essential to the day-to-day operation of the store and directly impacts customer comfort and staff efficiency.

Help keep our trading card inventory accurate and ready for players to shop. You’ll sort singles across multiple games, check card condition, price cards, and keep inventory records up to date. This role is a good fit if you enjoy detail-oriented work and can stay organized while handling a high volume of cards.
