One Piece's new Extra Regulation format is here, allowing cards printed from any set in the TCG's history to be combined to create the ultimate deck! (Except the banned ones!)

The highest placing player will receive a limited edition serialized Yamato, each store only receives one of these cards limited to 5,000 copies.
